规则演变下的国内外竞技健美操男单前三名难度动作选编对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Selection of Difficult Actions of Top Three Mens Singles of Competitive Aerobics at Home and Abroad based on Rule Evolution

本文采用文献资料、录像分析、数理统计等研究方法,对2022年世锦赛男单前三名与2022全国锦标赛男单前三名难度成套动作进行分析。研究结果:(1)难度是我国男单选手的优势;(2)技巧动作的衔接多于国外男单选手;(3)国内男单使用衔接技术比国外男单灵活;(4)类别1与类别5是国内外男单选手最受欢迎的难度类别。建议:增加技巧的多样性,由此带来更好的视觉冲击感。

This paper uses research methods such as literature review,video analysis,and mathematical statistics to analyze the difficulty sets of movements for the top three mens singles at the 2022 World Competitive Aerobics Championships and the top three men's singles at the 2022 National Championships.Research results:(a)Difficulty is the advantage of Chinese men's singles players;(b)The connection of technical movements is more than that of foreign men's singles players;(c)The use of linking technology in domestic men's singles is more flexible than that in foreign mens singles;(d)Categories 1 and 5 are the most popular difficulty categories for men s singles both domestically and internationally.It is suggested to increase the diversity of techniques to bring better visual impact.
