摘要
本文通过运动力学测试和分析方法,探讨高水平男子篮球运动员在急停起跳过程中的力量分布、压力分配、时间参数、角度和速度等运动力学特征。研究结果:每位运动员在起跳阶段存在一定的差异,包括腿部力量分布、时间参数、角度和速度等方面。右侧二头肌和右侧腹直肌在起跳蹬伸阶段发挥重要作用。本文对篮球运动员的训练和比赛提供了科学依据,也为篮球运动的运动力学研究提供了新的视角和思路。
The aim of this study is to conduct in-depth research on the sports mechanics characteristics of high-level male basketball players during abrupt stops and jumps.Through sports mechanics testing and analysis methods,the characteristics of force distribution,pressure distribution,time parameters,angle,and speed during abrupt stops and jumps are explored.The research results show that there are certain differences in the takeoff stage for each athlete,including leg strength distribution,time parameters,angle,and speed.The right biceps muscle and the right rectus abdominis muscle play an important role in the takeoff stage.These research results provide a scientific basis for the training and competition of basketball players,and also provide new perspectives and ideas for the study of sports mechanics in basketball.
