摘要
本文主要探讨基于认知负荷理论的高校篮球教学SPOC混合教学设计与应用。研究对象为高校篮球教学,采用实验研究方法,通过对比实验和问卷调查,评估认知负荷理论在高校篮球教学SPOC混合教学中的应用效果。研究结果:内在认知负荷和任务目标认知负荷对篮球成绩的影响显著,学生的学习风格影响学习效果,试验组的教学方法或策略更有效,且不同技能需采用不同的教学模式。建议:在教学中控制学生的认知负荷,考虑学生的学习风格,采用有效的教学策略,并针对不同技能采用不同的教学模式。
This study explores the design and application of SPOC mixed teaching in college basketball teaching based on the cognitive load theory.The research object is college basketball teaching.By using experimental research methods,through comparative experiments and questionnaire surveys,the application effect of cognitive load theory in SPOC mixed teaching of college basketball teaching is evaluated.The results show that the internal cognitive load and task target cognitive load have a significant impact on basketball performance,students learning styles affects learning results,the teaching methods or strategies of the experimental group are more effective,and different skills need to be used in different teaching models.It is suggested to control students'cognitive load in teaching,consider students'learning styles,adopt effective teaching strategies,and adopt different teaching modes for different skills.
