延迟性肌肉酸痛人体模型研究进展

摘要 延迟性肌肉酸痛(Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness,DOMS)人体模型对于研究其发病机制、预防和发展新的治疗方法至关重要。DOMS模型是通过克服自身体重或外界施加负荷完成重复离心运动方案来建立的。建模肌肉包括下肢肌、肘屈肌和躯干肌,其中使用股四头肌的频率最高。等速训练仪建立股四头肌DOMS最为常见和稳定,且不受被试者运动水平的影响。今后的进一步研究应探索特定人群DOMS模型的建立方法。肌肉疼痛和肌肉生理、物理特性以及血液生化指标都不是诊断DOMS的直接指标,不能提供DOMS损伤程度以及恢复过程准确信息,未来的研究可结合超声弹性成像提高诊断DOMS的准确性和可靠性。 The Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness(DOMS)is essential for the study of its pathogenesis,prevention and development of new treatments.DOMS models are created by overcoming body weight or imposed external resistance to complete repetitive eccentric contractions protocols.The muscles used in DOMS models include lower extremity muscles,elbow flexors and trunk muscles,with the quadriceps being used most frequently.Quadriceps DOMS models created by isokinetic dynamometer are most used and stable,and are not affected by the subject's performance.Further research should explore methods for building population-specific DOMS models.Muscle pain,muscle physiological and physical properties as well as blood biochemical markers are not direct indicators for the diagnosis of DOMS and do not provide accurate information on the extent of DOMS injury and the recovery process.Future studies can combine ultrasound elastography to improve the accuracy and reliability of DOMS diagnosis.
