摘要
以葡萄糖、3-氨基丙烷磺酸和溴代十二烷等为原料,合成了环保型糖基-阴离子表面活性剂。采用IR光谱对产物的结构进行了鉴定。研究了温度、反应时间和氢氧化钠的浓度对目标产物产率的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:反应温度65℃,反应时间为3 h,氢氧化钠的浓度为10%。目标产物易溶于水,微溶于乙醇,在丙酮、无水乙醇等有机溶剂中溶解性差;临界胶束浓度为2.51 mmol/L,HLB值为11.14,克拉夫特点较低,为4.3℃,具有较好的耐盐性。
An environmentally friendly glycosyl-anion surfactant was synthesized from glucose,3-aminopropane sulfonic acid and Bromo dodecane.The structure of the product was identified by IR spectrum,the effects of temperature,reaction time and sodium hydroxide concentration on the yield of the target product were studied.The result showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 65 ℃,reaction time 3 h,sodium hydroxide concentration 10%,the target product was soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol,but had poor solubility in organic solvents such as acetone and anhydrous ethanol,with a critical micelle concentration of 2.51 mmol/L and an HLB value of 11.14,the Krafft of the product was 4.3 ℃,and the target surfactant had better salt tolerance.
