DOPO/YDH171改性丙烯酸酯类煤炭阻燃抑尘剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(YDH-171)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等为原料,以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为复合乳化剂,采用传统的自由基聚合法合成了一种高分子阻燃抑尘剂乳液。采用FTIR、SEM、TGA等对产品的结构进行了表征,并对其保水性、抗风蚀性、耐雨淋及抗压等性能进行了测试。结果表明,所制得的乳液稳定,粒径分布均匀,干燥后成膜柔韧性较好。经过阻燃抑尘剂处理的煤样与原煤样相比,保水性、抗风蚀性、耐雨淋及抗压性能都得到了显著提高。 A high molecular flame retardant and dust inhibitor lotion was synthesized from 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phaphenanthroline-10-oxide(DOPO),vinyl trimethoxysilane(YDH-171),methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA),sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-10) by traditional free radical polymerization.The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR,SEM and TGA,and its water retention,wind erosion resistance,rain resistance and compression resistance were tested.The results show that the prepared lotion is stable,the particle size distribution is uniform,and the film is flexible after drying.The water retention,wind erosion resistance,rain resistance and compression resistance of coal samples treated with flame retardant and dust suppressant have been significantly improved compared with raw coal samples.
