湿法磷酸酸解玉米芯的动力学研究

摘要 利用湿法磷酸酸解玉米芯,制备新型肥料,探讨预处理温度、时间对玉米芯酸解液中各组分含量的影响。采用Saeman模型与双相模型进行分析,建立适用于不同产物的反应动力学方程。结果表明,随着酸解温度的升高以及时间的延长,玉米芯越容易发生降解,酸解液中有机物含量增加。单体产物在30 min内以阿拉伯糖为主,超过30 min则以木糖为主。降解产物糠醛与5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)由木糖以及半乳糖降解得到。低聚物与单体含量的变化随温度以及时间变化的趋势不同,可以通过调控酸解条件来改变酸解液中不同产物的含量。 Acid hydrolysis of concob by wet process phosphoric acid was proposed,and the effects of pretreatment temperature and time on the content of each component in corncob acid hydrolysis solution were systematically discussed.The Saeman model and two-phase model were used for analysis,and the reaction kinetics equations applicable to different products were established.The results showed that with the increase of acid hydrolysis temperature and time,corncob is easier to be degraded,and the organic content in acid hydrolysis solution is increasing,the monomer product was mainly arabinose within 30 min and xylose over 30 min.The inhibitory products,furfural and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF) were degraded by xylose and galactose.The change trend of oligomer and monomer content with temperature and time is different.The content of different products in the acidolysis solution can be changed by adjusting the acidolysis conditions.
