土壤中抗生素抗性基因研究进展

摘要 阐述了土壤中抗生素及抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的来源及赋存,探讨了ARGs在土壤环境中传播的影响因素,其中包括有机肥料、土壤理化性质、重金属共选择、土壤类型等,总结了当前土壤中ARGs主要的消减技术,如好氧堆肥、厌氧消化及生物炭添加,指出了目前ARGs在土壤环境中研究的不足之处,提出了ARGs在环境命运、传播机制、影响因素和消减技术等方面的未来研究方向。进一步加强了ARGs污染对土壤环境影响的认识,为今后土壤ARGs的污染防治研究提供了理论依据。 The source and occurrence of antibiotics and antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs) in soil were briefly described,as well as the factors influencing ARGs transmission were reviewed,organic fertilizers,including soil physical and chemical properties,co-selection of heavy metals,and soil types.And the main treatment measures to reduce the threat posed by ARGs in the soil were also summarized,such as aerobic composting,anaerobic digestion and biochar addition.The problems and shortcomings of the current research on soil pollution of ARGs and proposed the future research directions of ARGs were pointed out,including environmental fate,transmission mechanism,influencing factors,and elimination techniques.This paper will strengthen the current understanding of the impacts of ARGs pollution on soil ecosystems,and provide a theoretical basis for the future research.
