云南省中药材产业高质量发展分析与对策

云南省中药材产业规模不断扩大,优势品种标准化基地持续增长,专业化水平不断提升,为提高云南中药材产业核心竞争力,促进产业高质量发展奠定了坚实的基础。同时,云南省中药材产业存在着种源杂乱缺标准、种植基地和初加工发展不充分、龙头企业不强、产业链不完善等的问题。可以通过培育经营主体支持发展规模适度的中药材种养大户,构建种子种苗标准化体系、生产经营体系和管理体系,提升云南省中药材产业发展水平。建设规范化种植基地及高标准示范基地,培优和扶强中药材龙头企业,加快特色产业集群建设,引领中药材产业高质量发展。

The constantly expanding scale,the consistently growing standardization base of dominant varieties and the continuously upgrading specializationlevelhavelaid a solid foundation for improving the core competitiveness and promoting the high-quality development of Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine industry.At the same time,there are some problems in Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine industry such as disorderly provenance,lack of standards,insufficient development of planting bases and primary processing,weak leading enterprises and imperfect industrial chain.The development level of Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine industry can be improved by cultivating and operating entities to support the large Chinese medicine planters with moderate scale,building a seed and seedling standardization system,production operating system as well as management system.Build standardized planting bases and high-standard demonstration bases,cultivate and strengthen leading enterprises of Chinese medicinal materials,accelerate the construction of characteristic indus- trial clusters, and lead the high-quality development of the Chinese medicinal materials industry.
