高温养殖条件下饲用凝结芽孢杆菌对肉鸡肠道健康的影响

摘要 【目的】研究饲用凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)对高温养殖肉鸡生长性能及肠道健康的影响。【方法】将320只28日龄AA肉公鸡分为阳性对照组[即常温组,normal temperature,NT,(22±1)℃]、阴性对照组[即高温组,high temperature,HT,(34±1)℃]和3个试验组。NT和HT组饲喂基础日粮;3个试验组在HT组基础日粮中分别添加0.2×10^(7)、1.0×10^(7)和5.0×10^(7)CFU/g凝结芽孢杆菌,分别记为HT-BC_(0.2)、HTBC_(1.0)和HT-BC_(5.0)组。【结果】与NT组肉鸡相比,HT组肉鸡的平均日增质量、平均日采食量、空肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度、空肠食糜乳酸杆菌数和乳酸杆菌数/大肠杆菌数均显著降低(P<0.05),料重比和空肠食糜大肠杆菌数显著增加(P<0.05)。与HT组肉鸡相比,HT-BC_(1.0)和HT-BC_(5.0)组肉鸡的平均日增质量、绒毛高度/隐窝深度、乳酸杆菌数/大肠杆菌数均显著增加(P<0.05),HT-BC_(5.0)组肉鸡的空肠食糜大肠杆菌数显著降低(P<0.05)。【结论】高温养殖条件下,饲用凝结芽孢杆菌可通过维持肠道形态及菌群平衡增强肠道健康状况,从而在一定程度上改善了肉鸡生长性能。 [Purpose]To study the effects of Bacillus coagulans on the growth performance and intestinal health of broilers bred under high temperature.[Methods]A total of 32028-day-old AA broiler chickens were divided into five groups:positive control group was the normal temperature group[NT,(22±1)℃],negative control group was the high temperature group[HT,(34±1)℃],and three test groups.NT and HT groups were fed with basic diet;three test groups added B.coagulans with 0.2×10^(7),1.0×10^(7),5.0×10^(7)CFU/g to the basic diet of HT group,respectively,recording HT-BC_(0.2),HT-BC_(1.0)and HT-BC_(5.0)group,respectively.[Results]Compared with NT group broilers,the average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake,jejunal villus height,villus height/crypt depth,number of Lactobacillus(NL)and NL/number of Escherichia coli(NE)in jejunal chyme of HT group broilers were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the feed intake/gain and NE in jejunal chyme were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with HT group broilers,the ADG,jejunal villus height/crypt depth,jejunal NL/NE of HT-BC_(1.0)and HT-BC_(5.0)group broilers were significantly increased(P<0.05),while NE in jejunal chyme of HT-BC_(5.0)group broilers were significantly decreased(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Dietary supplementation of B.coagulans improves the growth performance and intestinal health of broilers chickens under high temperature,by maintaining intestinal morphology and microflora balance.
