摘要
【目的】探究不同质量浓度胺鲜酯对树番茄幼苗养分吸收与生理指标的影响,以筛选利于树番茄幼苗养分吸收及生理调节的最适胺鲜酯质量浓度。【方法】以树番茄幼苗为材料,喷施不同质量浓度的胺鲜酯(10、20、30和40 mg/L),分析其对树番茄幼苗养分吸收及生理指标的影响。【结果】不同质量浓度的胺鲜酯可显著提高树番茄幼苗的全氮和全磷含量,20和30 mg/L胺鲜酯可显著提高其全钾含量;30 mg/L胺鲜酯处理下,树番茄幼苗根系全氮、全磷和全钾的含量分别较对照提高50.19%、44.76%和18.61%,地上部分全氮、全磷和全钾的含量分别较对照提高43.12%、30.11%和39.08%。与对照相比,30 mg/L胺鲜酯处理时,树番茄幼苗根系及地上部分的单株生物量均达到最大,分别为0.216和0.847 g;光合色素含量、SOD和CAT活性以及可溶性蛋白含量均显著升高,POD活性则显著降低61.82%。【结论】胺鲜酯能够促进树番茄幼苗的养分吸收与生理调节,且最适胺鲜酯质量浓度为30 mg/L。
[Purpose]To study the effects of different mass concentrations of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DA-6)on the nutrient uptake and physiological indexse of Cyphomandra betacea seedlings,with a view to screening the optimal DA-6 mass concentration for the nutrient uptake and physiological regulation of C.betacea seedlings.[Methods]C.betacea seedlings were sprayed with different mass concentrations of DA-6(10,20,30 and 40 mg/L),to analyse the nutrient uptake and physiological indexse of C.betacea seedlings.[Results]Different mass concentrations of DA-6 were able to significantly increase the total nitrogen(N)and total phosphorus(P)content of C.betacea seedlings,and the total potassium(K)content was increased at 20 and 30 mg/L DA-6 treatments;under 30 mg/L DA-6 treatment, compared with the control, the total N, P and K contents in roots of C. betacea seedlings were increased 50.19%, 44.76% and 18.61%, respectively;the total N, P and K con-tents in aboveground parts of C. betacea seedlings increased 43.12%, 30.11% and 39.08%, respect-ively. When the mass concentration of DA-6 was 30 mg/L, compared with the control, the single plant biomass of both root and aboveground parts of C. betacea seedlings reached the maximum of 0.216 g and 0.847 g, respectively;the content of photosynthetic pigments, SOD activity, CAT activity, and soluble protein content were significantly higher;but the POD activity was significantly lower than that of the control, decreased by 61.82%. [Conclusions]DA-6 can promote the nutrient uptake and physiological regulation of C. betacea seedlings, and the optimum DA-6 mass concentration is 30 mg/L.
