计及海上风电调频能力的新型电力系统频率态势分析

摘要 针对海上风电大规模并网后影响沿海地区电网频率稳定的问题,文章研究了计及海上风电参与调频的新型电力系统频率态势分析策略。该策略首先基于火电、陆上风电、光伏、海上风电频率响应模型建立聚合的电力系统频率响应模型。然后,基于电力系统频率响应模型,建立频率特性传递函数,并量化分析电力系统频率特征。最后,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真验证了文章所提频率态势分析方法的有效性,为沿海地区计及海上风电调频能力的电力系统频率态势预测提供理论方法。 Aiming at the frequency stability problem caused by the large-scale grid connection of offshore wind power in coastal areas,a new power system frequency situation analysis strategy considering the participation of offshore wind power in frequency regulation is studied.Firstly,an aggregated power system frequency response model is established based on the frequency response models of thermal power,onshore wind power,photovoltaics,and offshore wind power.Based on the frequency response model of the power system,the frequency characteristic transfer function is established,and the frequency characteristics of the power system are quantitatively analyzed.Finally,the effectiveness of the frequency situation analysis method proposed in this paper is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation,which provides a theoretical method for the frequency situation prediction of power systems in coastal areas considering the frequency regulation capability of offshore wind power.
