A Review and Prospect of Museums'Management in Scientific Researches

科学研究是博物馆的核心职能,也是博物馆的工作基础。本文就博物馆科研管理研究的相关论述,梳理了1949年至20世纪八九十年该研究的学术史,并结合21世纪以来经济发展和数字时代的大背景,阐述了博物馆科研面临的机遇和挑战,分析了博物馆科研现状的不足,提出新形势下博物馆科学研究的发展方向。

This thesis proceeds with the past and present of museums'management in scientific researches to look at its prospect of development,which has always been playing as the core of museums'responsibilities.It reviews the academic museums of 1949-198os and 199os by related historical materials,analyzes the opportunities and challenges coming up in the favorable context of economic development and digital age with the 21^(th)century entering,and expects the perspective of museum researches based on the status quo.
