This article analyzes the quality issues and main operational processes of launch vehicle operations,proposes an integrated fine operation regulation work approach and management model,and introduces its application and implementation in the development process of launch vehicles.Through the application of integrated fine operation procedures,the number of operational problems related to launch vehicles has significantly decreased,and the quality of process control has been comprehensively improved,which effectively improved the development quality of launch vehicles.
