面向航天产品的成功数据包络分析方法应用研究

摘要 针对航天产品复杂度高、多批次、小批量的特点,运用成功数据包络分析方法,进行产品数据的采集和整理、置信度区间评估及包络范围对比,构建包络分析决策模型,并通过单特性及多特性分析方法在典型产品的应用,定位产品研制过程中的薄弱环节和缺陷,发现和解决系统质量隐患,支撑产品改进,降低损失。 Aiming at the characteristics of aerospace products such as high complexity,multiple batches,and small batches,this paper uses successful data envelopment analysis methods to collect and collate product data,evaluate confidence intervals,and compare envelope ranges.It constructs an envelopment analysis decision-making model.Through the application of single and multiple characteristic analysis to typical products,it locates weak links and defects in the product model process,and discovers and solves system quality hazards,supports product improvement and reduces losses.
