摘要
恶性肿瘤是指机体在各种致瘤因子的作用下形成的增生组织,对人类生命威胁极大的疾病。传统的治疗方案包括放疗、化疗、手术切除等,而目前用于治疗癌症的化疗药物副作用较大,这使得寻找有效低毒的新型药物成为当前的研究热点。生物碱是一类从天然植物中提取出来的小分子化合物,在过去的几十年里,其作为抗癌药物产生抑瘤效果也有很多报道,并且作用于肿瘤微环境能够有效地产生抑制肿瘤细胞发生发展的作用,本文就生物碱在体内通过作用于胶原蛋白、层粘连蛋白、免疫/炎症细胞、血管内皮细胞、成纤维细胞等不同的微环境成分和细胞从而产生抗肿瘤功效进行阐述。
Malignant tumor refers to the hyperplastic tissue formed by the body under the action of various tumorigenic factors,and is a disease that poses a great threat to human life.The current side effects of chemotherapy drugs used to treat cancer are large,which makes the search for effective and low-toxic drugs become the current Research hotspots.Alkaloids are a class of small molecular compounds extracted from natural plants.In the past few decades,they have been effective as anti-cancer drugs in inhibiting the development of tumor cells,and there are also many reports on the inhibitory effect of tumor microenvironment.In this paper,the anti-tumor effects of alkaloids on different microenvironment components and cells such as collagen,laminin,immune/inflammatory cells,vascular endothelial cells and fibroblasts are described.
