深港科创中心超限结构设计要点

摘要 深港科创中心由1栋高199.5m超高层办公和5层商业裙房组成。基于最优原则,从整体结构到构件层面进行了一系列选型和研究以确定结构方案,对基础、裙房结构、塔楼四角外伸结构进行了选型,对塔楼斜柱相关范围受力、节点及上部楼层外框柱内收等进行了专项分析,并有针对性地采取了加强措施。结果表明结构具有良好刚度与强度,满足规范各项指标要求,结构安全、经济、合理。 The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Center consists of a super high-rise office building with a height of 199.5m and a 5-storey commercial podium.Based on the optimal principle,a series of selection and research were carried out from the overall structure to the component level to determine the structural scheme.The foundation,the podium structure and the four-corner overhanging structure system of the tower were analyzed and compared.Special analysis on the force of the relevant range of the inclined column,the joints and the outer frame column vertical setback of upper floors,etc.,and take targeted measures to strengthen.The results show that the structure has good rigidity and strength,meets the requirements of the specifications,and the structure is safe,economical and reasonable.
