共同富裕视角下农村数字化与农户多维相对贫困:影响分析与作用机制

Rural Digitalization and Multidimensional Relative Poverty of Farming Households from the Perspective of Common Prosperity:Influence Analysis and Mechanism of Action

基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,构建Logistic回归模型和中介效应模型,实证分析共同富裕视角下农村数字化对农户多维相对贫困的影响。结果表明:农户多维相对贫困存在区域差异和维度差异;农村数字化能缓解多维相对贫困,减缓农户之间的收入不平等,且存在区域差异,通过更换检验方法、被解释变量后,结论依然稳健;机制检验发现,收入不平等在农村数字化缓解农户多维相对贫困中具有中介作用,农村数字化可通过影响收入不平等进而缓解农户多维相对贫困;住房市价、政府补助和集体土地种类等显著负向影响多维相对贫困,邮电通讯费、住房市价、现金及存款总额和家庭人口规模等均能有效减缓农户之间的收入不平等。基于此,建议完善农户多维相对贫困的评价体系,加快提升农村数字化水平,积极发挥农村数字化的减贫作用,并结合不同地区的现实情况对农村数字化制定差异性发展战略,完善农村数字化发展的监管机制,正确引导农村数字化的发展方向,推进数字乡村建设,助力共同富裕目标的实现。

Based on China Family Panel Studies data of 2018,Logistic regression and mediating effects modeling methods were adopted to empirically analyze the influence of rural digitalization on multidimensional relative poverty.The results show that there are regional and dimensional differences in multidimensional relative poverty among farming households,that rural digitalization can alleviate multidimensional relative poverty and reduce income inequality among farming households,and that there are regional differences.The findings remain robust after the test method and explanatory variables are changed.Mechanism test shows that income inequality plays an intermediary role in alleviating multidimensional relative poverty of rural households through rural digitalization by influencing income inequality.Among the control variables,housing market price,government subsidy and type of collective land significantly negatively affect multidimensional relative poverty.Post and telecommunications fees,housing market price,total cash and savings,and household population size can effectively reduce income inequality among farmers.Based on these,it is suggested that the multidimensional relative poverty evaluation system of rural households should be improved,the level of rural digitalization be accelerated,the role of rural digitalization be actively played in reducing poverty,different development strategies should be formulated for rural digitalization of different regions and the supervision mechanism of rural digitalization development should be improved to correctly guide the development of rural digitalization and promote the construction of digital countryside to help achieve the goal of common prosperity.
