摘要
本文通过对近年《中国科技统计年鉴》及《中国科技成果转化年度报告》内关于高校与地方部分数据进行梳理分析,结合相关实地调查,对校地合作背景下浙江省高校科技成果转化的现状和存在问题进行深入阐述,并针对存在问题提出了具有可操作性的对策建议。
This article analyzes the data related to universities and local government in the recent"China Statistical Yearbook on Science and Technology"and"China Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Annual Report".It combines relevant field investigations to deeply elaborate on the current situation and existing problems of transformation s of scientific and technological achievements of university in Zhejiang Province under the background of university-local government cooperation.It also proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.
