Research on the Current Situation,Problems,and Countermeasures of the Laboratory-centered Science and Technology Research System in Hangzhou

实验室是开展定向基础研究、孕育重大原始创新的重要载体。以实验室为核心的科研体系是推进高水平科技自立自强、建设国家战略科技力量的主要支撑。本文聚焦实验室等科研主体建设,分析杭州科研体系建设现状、主要特点、存在问题,并提出杭州建设以实验室为核心的科研体系的对策建议。

The laboratory is an important carrier for conducting targeted basic research and nurturing significant original innovation.The Laboratory-centered science and technology research system is the main support for promoting the self-reliance of high-level science and technology and building the national strategic science and technology force.This paper focuses on the construction of laboratory and other scientific research platforms,analyzes the current research,main characteristics and existing problems of Hangzhou's science and technology research system,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Hangzhou's construction of a laboratorycentered science and technology research system.
