摘要
浮选药剂的发展促进浮选技术的进步。随着矿产资源以“贫、细、杂”为突出特点,矿物间的浮选分离效率逐渐下降,目前,解决这一技术难题的主流方法是对已有捕收剂进行改性和复配。然而,新近出现的氮杂环硫酮类捕收剂有望进一步高效浮选分离与富集复杂金属矿产资源。为此,论文综述了氮杂环硫酮类化合物用作螯合浮选捕收剂的研究进展,系统评述噁二唑硫酮、噻二唑硫酮、三唑硫酮、氨基三唑硫酮和四嗪硫酮等表面活性剂的合成与性质及其对铜、铅、锌、铁硫化矿物和氧化铜矿物的浮选行为和机理,并展望其浮选应用前景。氮杂环硫酮类螯合剂用作浮选捕收剂,为矿产资源的高效开发利用提供新策略。
The innovation of flotation reagents promotes the progress of flotation technology.Nowadays,as ore resources turn"poor,fine and miscellaneous",the flotation separation among minerals is becoming inefficient.Nowadays,the modification of collectors′structure and their combination have become the mainstream approaches to solve this"bottleneck"problem.Nevertheless,the newly-emerged azathione collectors are expected to further strengthen the efficient flotation separation and enrichment of complex metal mineral resources.Thus,this paper reviews the research progress of azathione compounds as the chelating collectors,the synthesis and properties of oxadiazole thione,thiadiazole thione,triazole thione,aminotriazole thione and tetrazine thione surfactants,their flotation behavior and mechanism for Cu,Pb,Zn,Fe sulfide minerals and CuO minerals,and looks forward to their flotation application prospects.The introduction of azathione chelators as flotation collectors provides new approaches for the efficient development and utilization of metal ore resources.
