宋金元时期煮散方剂服药方法的研究

Study on medication method of boiling powder prescription in Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties

通过整理宋金元时期的代表方书,对宋金元时期方剂的服药方法进行了深入研究,发现该时期方剂的日服次数大多未作明确说明,在纳入研究的共5万余首方剂中,明确写明日服次数的仅4 126次,其中主要为日三服(63.2%),其次为日二服,若病情危重时或需要药力持续时,也有日四至六服,对于药性峻烈且含有毒性药物的方剂,也有日一服的服用方法。同时,研究发现该时期方剂的服用时间多为食前服(46.9%),多用于病位在下的疾病,而心系及眼科疾病等因其病位在上,则多采用食后服,一些具有周期性和规律性的疾病可于发病前服药。通过本文的研究,可为现代临床使用宋金元方剂治疗提供借鉴。

By sorting out the representative prescriptions in Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,this paper makes an in-depth study on the medication methods of prescriptions in Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties.It is found that most of the daily medication times of prescriptions in this period are not clearly explained.Among the more than 50000 prescriptions included in the study,only 4126 times of daily medication times are clearly stated,mainly three times a day(63.2%),followed by two times a day.If the condition is critical or the drug force needs to be sustained,there are also four to six times a day.For prescriptions with strong medicinal properties and toxic drugs,there is also a method of taking one day.At the same time,the study found that the time of taking the prescription is mostly before eating(46.9%),mostly used for diseases in the lower part of the disease,and heart and eye diseases because of its disease in the upper part,the use of more after eating,some cyclical and regular diseases can be taken before the onset of medication.Through this study,it can provide reference for modern clinical use of Song,Jin and Yuan prescription treatment.
