6例太藤丘疹红皮病样表现病例临床及病理分析

Clinical and Pathological Analysis of Six Cases of Papuloerythroderma of Ofuji-like Manifestations

目的 探讨以太藤丘疹红皮病(PEO)样表现的临床病例的临床特点。方法 对6例PEO的临床特点进行总结分析。结果 1例PEO病例合并肾透明细胞癌,1例为药物诱发,其余4例为原发。结论 PEO可能为一组异质性疾病,临床诊断有赖于对其他皮肤疾病的排除,特发的PEO可能只占诊断病例的一部分。故鉴别继发性PEO与假性PEO非常重要。

Objective In order to investigate the clinical characteristics of clinical cases with Papuloerythroderma of Ofuji(PEO)-like manifestations.Methods The clinical characteristics of six cases of PEO were analyzed.Results One case of PEO was associated with renal clear cell carcinoma,one was drug-induced and the remaining four were primary.Conclusion PEO may be a heterogeneous group of diseases,and the clinical diagnosis depends on the exclusion of other skin diseases,and the primary PEO may only account for a part of the diagnosed cases.Therefore,it has important clinical significance to distinguish secondary PEO and pseudo PEO.
