中国西南地区居民水产品消费特征分析——以楚雄和大理两市为例

Residents’consumption characteristics of aquatic products in the southwest China——Taking Chuxiong and Dali as examples

中国西南地区幅员辽阔,高山丘陵众多,受自然条件、饮食习惯、经济社会发展水平等因素的影响,不同地区居民的生活习惯和消费偏好都有所区别,导致了水产品消费特征和消费水平存在区域性差异。以云南楚雄和大理两市为例,通过问卷调研与实地调研相结合的方式,对居民水产品消费特征包括消费频率、消费场所、购买渠道、消费种类、消费形态等进行比较分析,在此基础上,就提高西南地区不同类型城市居民水产品消费水平提出相应的对策和建议,以期为西南地区水产行业健康发展提供参考。

Southwest China has a vast territory with many mountains and hills.Influenced by natural conditions,food habits,economic and social development levels and other factors,residents in different regions have different living habits and consumption preferences,which leads to regional differences in aquatic products consumption characteristics and consumption levels.Taking Chuxiong and Dali in Yunnan Province as examples,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the characteristics of residents’aquatic products consumption,including consumption frequency,consumption place,purchase channel,consumption type,consumption pattern,etc.,through the combination of questionnaire and field research.On this basis,we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on improving residents’aquatic product consumption level in different types of cities in the southwest China,and expect to provide references for the healthy development of aquaculture industry in the southwest China.
