电力隧道监测及巡检监控技术应用

摘要 【目的】通过设计一种电力隧道监测及巡检监控系统,来解决对城市电力隧道和综合管廊中的电缆输送通道及载体运维状态进行检修时存在的智能化水平低、运维效率低、危险度高等问题。【方法】该系统通过对隧道内电缆本体进行环流和光纤测温在线监测,完成对电缆数据的实时收集、分析和预警,增强电力电缆运行的可靠性。通过对隧道内的视频监控、环境温湿度、有毒有害气体、门禁、排水、风机、照明等配套设备进行状态感知和控制,提高隧道环境和辅助设备的智能化水平。移动巡检设备可对电缆进行红外测温,并根据巡检任务进行自行巡检,增强智能巡检和快速响应的能力。【结果】该系统软件基于B/S架构进行设计,具有分布性强、维护简便的特点,可实现多点、多账户共同操作,用户访问更加便利。【结论】电力隧道监测及巡检监控能有效提高电力隧道辅助设备和电缆运维检修能力,实现电力隧道的智能化与高效化运维检修。 [Purposes]This paper introduces a power tunnel monitoring and inspection monitoring system,which aims to solve the problems of low level of intelligence,low operation and maintenance efficiency and high danger when overhauling the operation and maintenance status of cable transmission channels and carriers in urban power tunnels and comprehensive pipe corridors.[Methods]By circulating current and optical fiber temperature measurement online monitoring of the cable body in the tunnel,the system completes the real-time collection,analysis and early warning of cable data and enhances the reliability of power cable operation;by carrying out status perception and control of supporting equipment such as video surveillance,environmental temperature and humidity,toxic and harmful gases,access control,drainage,fans,and lighting in the tunnel,the system improves the intelligent level of the tunnel environ-ment and auxiliary equipment.In addition,the mobile inspection equipment can measure the infrared tem-perature of the cable and conduct self-inspection according to the inspection task,thus enhancing the abil-ity of intelligent inspection and rapid response.[Findings]Based on the B/S architecture,the system,wide spreading and easy to maintain,is able to realize the simultaneous operation by multi-user and multi-touch,which is more user-convenient.[Conclusions]Electric tunnel monitoring and inspection monitor-ing can quickly improve the operation and maintenance overhaul ability of power tunnel auxiliary equip-ment as well as cable transportation,and achieve intelligent and efficient operation and maintenance over-haul in power tunnels.
