摘要
【目的】为了减少压密注浆过程土体抬动位移过大而引发安全事故。【方法】基于有限元软件COMSOL中的线弹性土体本构模型,构建了浆泡在土体中均匀扩张和非均匀扩张两种模式下的抬动数值仿真模型,仿真结果与前人成果进行对比,抬动曲线相吻合,验证了模型的合理性。【结果】通过仿真模型分析了注浆孔高度、扩张方式、注浆量和土体类型对抬动的影响。【结论】该方法为土体压密注浆过程的土体抬动提供了一种分析方法,施工中可以通过提前仿真模拟来降低安全事故。
[Purposes]In order to reduce safety accidents caused by excessive uplift displacement of soil during compaction grouting.[Methods]Based on the linear elastic soil constitutive model in the finite el-ement software COMSOL,the uplift numerical simulation model of the slurry bubble under the two modes of uniform expansion and non-uniform expansion in the soil was constructed.The simulation re-sults were compared with the previous results,and the uplift curves were consistent,which verified the rationality of the model.[Findings]The effects of grouting hole height,expansion mode,grouting volume and soil type on uplift were analyzed through the simulation model.[Conclusions]This method provides an analysis method for the uplift of soil in the process of soil compaction grouting,and can reduce the safety accidents by simulation in advance during construction.
