盾构隧道近距斜交下穿既有地铁车站变形沉降数值模拟分析

摘要 【目的】盾构隧道下穿既有地铁车站施工过程对地层的扰动会对既有车站产生影响,为最大限度地降低施工风险,保证既有站的安全及正常运营,需要开展相关研究。【方法】利用MIDASGTS-NX有限元数值模拟软件,以郑州市某盾构隧道下穿既有地铁车站为背景,按照接收端地层加固、左线盾构施工、右线盾构施工的顺序,建立三维有限元模型。【结果】预测施工过程既有站主体结构的变形规律和内力变化,分析计算盾构隧道近距离斜交下穿施工过程对既有地铁车站的影响,将预测结果与实际施工监测数据进行对比,验证了该模型计算结果的准确性及可行性。【结论】研究成果为隧道近距离斜交下穿既有站施工引起的沉降变形提供理论依据,对于指导施工、保证施工安全具有借鉴意义。 [Purposes]The disturbance of the stratum during the construction of shield tunnel undercross-ing the existing subway station will have an impact on the existing station,in order to minimize the con-struction risk and ensure the safety and normal operation of the existing station,relerant research is needed.[Methods]Using the MIDAS-GTS-NX finite element numerical simulation software,a three-dimensional finite element model is established in accordance with the sequence of ground reinforcement at the receiving end,shield construction on the left line,and shield construction on the right line,with the background of a shield tunnel penetrating the existing subway station in Zhengzhou.[Findings]The deformation law and internal force change of the main structure of the existing station during the con-struction process are predicted,and the influence of the construction process of the shield tunnel′s short-distance oblique underpass on the existing station is analyzed and calculated.The prediction results are compared with the actual construction monitoring data,which verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the calculation results of the model.[Conclusions]The research results provide a theoretical basis for the settlement deformation caused by the construction of the tunnel under the existing station at a short dis-tance,and have reference significance for guiding the construction and ensuring the construction safety.
