摘要 【目的】结合前期有关煤矸石原材性能的研究,验证鹤壁掘进煤矸石在路面工程水稳基层中应用的可行性。【方法】拟定8组水泥稳定碎石煤矸石混合料配合方案,水泥剂量为5.8%,并对混合料开展击实试验、抗压强度及抗压回弹模量试验。击实试验过程中应注意煤矸石被碎化。【结果】研究表明:方案6#、7#、8#无侧限抗压强度试验结果均能满足技术细则中强度不小于5.0 MPa的规定;方案8#更接近水泥稳定碎石-煤矸石的最优级配。【结论】推荐方案8#作为水泥稳定碎石-煤矸石配合比应用到水稳基层当中。 [Purposes]Based on the previous research on the performance of coal gangue,the feasibility of the application of coal gangue excavated from Hebi in the water stable base of pavement engineering is verified.[Methods]Eight groups of cement-based stabilized macadamia-coal gangue mixture matching schemes were prepared,whose cement dose was 5.8%,and compaction test,compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus test were carried out on the mixture.During the compaction test,atten-tion should be paid to the pulverization of gangue.[Findings]Research shows that The unconfined com-pressive strength test results of scheme 6#,7#and 8#7 d can meet the requirements of the strength not less than 5.0 MPa in the technical instructions.Scheme 8#is closer to the optimal grading of cement-stabilized macadamium-coal gangue.[Conclusions]Plan 8#is recommended to be applied to the water stable base as the mixture ratio of cement stabilized crushed stone and coal gangue.
