洛阳市绿色低碳科技创新发展影响因素及改进对策研究

Study on the Factors Influencing and Improvement Strategies for the Green Low-Carbon Technological Innovation in Luoyang City

【目的】洛阳市在绿色低碳科技创新方面仍面临一些问题和挑战,分析其中原因并提出相关建议。【方法】本研究通过梳理相关理论,结合洛阳市调研和数据资料,对比分析洛阳市绿色低碳科技创新的现状,并对创新绩效进行评估。【结果】本研究揭示了洛阳市在绿色低碳科技创新方面存在的问题,同时,根据洛阳市绿色低碳技术创新的发展现状总结其影响因素。从内部和外部发展的角度,提出了提升和优化洛阳市绿色低碳科技创新的对策和建议。【结论】该研究为洛阳市各级相关部门提供具体的决策参考,推动绿色低碳科技创新的发展。

[Purposes]Luoyang City still faces issues and challenges in green low-carbon technological innovation.This study analyzes the reasons behind these challenges and proposes relevant suggestions.[Methods]By reviewing relevant theories and combining research,surveys,and data analysis in Luoyang City,this study conducts a comparative analysis of the current status of green low-carbon technological innovation and evaluates its innovation performance.[Findings]The study reveals the existing problems in green low-carbon technological innovation in Luoyang City and summarizes the influencing factors based on its development status.From the perspectives of internal and external development,strategies and recommendations are proposed to enhance and optimize green low-carbon technological innovation in Luoyang City.[Conclusions]This study provides specific decision-making references for relevant de-partments at all levels in Luoyang City and promotes the development of green low-carbon technological innovation.
