基于PDCA优化新高考命题培训机制

摘要 培训是命题队伍建设的关键一环,目前新高考命题培训存在碎片化、单一性和效果不可测等问题。基于TQM理论中的PDCA循环方法,构建适合新高考命题培训机制的模型,优化培训机制:一是P阶段从风险管理和预案管理角度整合培训行动的系统性方案;二是D阶段联动省内高校分类分层分次承担培训任务;三是CA阶段针对培训效果进行实时量化评估;四是复盘总结循环AP阶段进行全流程研讨优化培训蓝图。 Training is a key link in the construction of proposition team.At present,the new college entrance examination proposition training has such major problems as fragmentation,singleness and unmeasurable effect.Based on the PDCA cycle method in TQM theory,a suitable model for the new college entrance examination proposition training mechanism is constructed.The first is the systematic plan to integrate training actions from the perspective of risk management and plan management in stage P.The second is the linkage of colleges in the province to undertake training tasks by classification and stratification in stage D.The third is the real-time quantitative evaluation of training effects in stage CA.The fourth is the review and summary cycle to optimize the training blueprint of the whole process in stage AP.
