校企深度融合对高职教育高质量发展具有重要价值:校企深度融合是体现职业教育类型特征的内在要求,是实现人才供给侧改革的有效途径,是激发企业参与职业教育的应然选择.石家庄职业技术学院在构建校企深度融合方面进行了有益的探索:以人才联合培养为依托,实现了人力资源供需融合;以协同创新中心为载体,实现技术研发融合;以企业真实生产环境为基础,实现了高水平实训基地共建融合;以共建产业学院为平台,实现了产业链与教育链创新融合.

The school-enterprise integration is important for high quality development of higher vocational education,which is an effective way to promote education reform,and enable enterprises to join the vocational education.An exploration has been done in Shijiazhuang University of Applied Technology over school-enterprise integration on the basis of supply and demand of job market.It is aimed to fulfil the technology and research integration,achieve co-construction of training bases and innovative integration of industry and education chains.
