The paper introduces the uncertainty evaluation of unbalance voltmeter voltage,unbalance voltmeter frequency response,distortion degree of distortion meter KH4137 by distortion meter calibration device DS-1C and multi-function calibrator 5522A.The analysis sources of uncertainty in the measurement process are analyzed,and the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the measurement are calculated.
