气体灭火系统防护区气密性测试方法分析及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 气体灭火系统常用于数据机房、电池储能舱等不宜用水灭火的重要场所,气体灭火系统防护区气密性直接影响灭火成功率。近年来,防护区气密性问题导致浸没时间不足,致使火灾复燃的案例时有发生,而国内现行气体工程建设标准中尚未明确气体灭火系统防护区气密性测试的具体方法,为保证气体灭火系统的可靠性,亟须对气体灭火系统防护区气密性进行测试验证。本文概述了对气体灭火系统防护区可靠性进行验证的测试方法,对比分析了国外常用气密性检测标准中计算模型的差别,通过设计试验发现,灭火剂喷放后实际的空气-灭火剂交界面浓度分布处于NFPA 2001与ISO 14520-1假设模型之间的区间,验证了鼓风门法测试浸渍时间的可行性;并对适用于气体灭火系统防护区的峰值压力计算方法进行了可行性分析,为完善气体灭火系统防护区气密性测试方法提供借鉴。 Gas fire extinguishing systems are often used in data rooms,battery energy storage cabins and other important places where water is not suitable for fire extinguishing.The airtightness of the protective area of the gas fire extinguishing system directly affects the success rate of fire extinguishing.In recent years,the problem of air tightness in the protective area has led to insufficient hold time,resulting in cases of fire reignition.However,the specific method of gas tightness test in the protective area of gas fire extinguishing system has not been specified in the current domestic gas engineering construction standards,which has caused an obvious lack of fire supervision.In order to ensure the reliability of the gas extinguishing system,it is urgent to test and verify the gas tightness of the gas extinguishing system protection area.This paper summarized the test methods for verifying the reliability of the protective area of the gas fire extinguishing system,comparing and analyzing the differences in the calculation models in the commonly used foreign gas tightness detection standards,and finds out through the design test that the actual concentration distribution of the air-agent interface is in the interval between NFPA 2001 and ISO 14520-1 hypothesis model,Which verified the blower door method to test the hold time.The feasibility analysis of the calculation method of peak pressure for fire extinguishing system protection is made,which provided a scientific reference for the future improvement of the gas tightness test method of the gas fire extinguishing system protection area in China.
