2020—2022年广州市番禺区围生期孕妇B族链球菌感染及药敏分析

Analysis of group B streptococcus infection and drug sensitivity in perinatal pregnant women in Panyu District of Guangzhou from 2020 to 2022

摘要 目的分析广州市番禺区中心医院围生期孕妇B族链球菌的感染及药敏情况,为临床预防和抗菌药物治疗提供指导。方法收集2020年9月至2022年3月于广州市番禺区中心医院送检的孕35~37周女性生殖道标本3709例,采用T-H肉汤培养基、5%哥伦比亚血平板、VITEK MS质谱仪进行鉴定、VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物药敏分析仪、AST-P639药敏卡进行药敏试验,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果3709例标本中分离出B族链球菌412例,检出率为11.11%。药敏结果显示,我院B族链球菌对青霉素G、氨苄西林、复方新诺明、利奈唑胺、莫西沙星、替加环素、替考拉宁、万古霉素敏感率为100%,对左旋氧氟沙星耐药率为21.4%。结论广州市番禺区围生期孕妇B族链球菌感染率相对略高,与年龄等相关性大。青霉素和氨苄西林仍然可以作为目前预防和治疗B族链球菌的首选药物。 Objective The infection and drug susceptibility of group B streptococcus in perinatal pregnant women in Guangzhou Panyu District Central Hospital were analyzed to provide guidance for clinical prevention and antimicrobial therapy.Methods 3709 female genital tract samples at 35~37 weeks of gestation sent to Panyu District Central Hospital in Guangzhou from September 2020 to March 2022 were collected.Using T-H broth medium,5%Colombian blood plate and VITEK MS mass spectrometer for identification,VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbial drug susceptibility analyzer,AST-P639 susceptibility card for drug sensitivity testing,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results 412 cases of group B Streptococcus were isolated from 3709 specimens and the detection rate was 11.1%.The drug susceptibility results showed that group B streptococcus in our hospital were 100%susceptible to penicillin G,ampicillin,cotrimoxazole,linezolid,moxifloxacin,tigecycline,teicoplanin and vancomycin,the resistance rate to levofloxacin was 21.4%.Conclusion The infection rate of group B streptococcus among pregnant women in Panyu District of Guangzhou is relatively high which is correlated well with the age factors.Penicillin and ampicillin could still be used as the current drugs of choice for the prevention and treatment of group B streptococcus.
