摘要 目的探究不同呼吸状态对超高龄患者肺部CT图像质量的影响。方法选择2022年1月至9月在我院行肺部CT检查的150例超高龄(≥85岁)且因各种原因不能配合屏气的患者,在CT扫描中均为自由呼吸,但根据其呼吸节律不同分为节律呼吸组(75例)和无节律呼吸组(75例),比较2组肺部不同区域图像质量主观评分、图像伪影发生及其图像质量客观评价。结果节律呼吸组中、下肺区图像质量主观评分明显高于无节律呼吸组(t=2.588,7.552,P<0.05)。节律呼吸组图像中重度伪影出现率低于无节律呼吸组(χ^(2)=4.960,P<0.05)。节律呼吸组的肺实质CT值、信噪比SNR值高于无节律呼吸组(t=2.123,2.123,P<0.05)。结论自由呼吸状态下有节律呼吸能够降低超高龄患者的呼吸配合难度,并可提高肺部CT图像质量,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of different respiratory states on the quality of lung CT images in the elderly patients.Methods One hundred and fifty patients(≥85 years old)who underwent lung CT examination in our hospital from January 2022 to September 2022 and could not hold their breath for various reasons were selected.They were all free breathing in CT scan,but were divided into rhythmical breathing group(n=75)and arrhythmic breathing group(n=75)according to their respiratory rhythms.The image quality score and the occurrence of image artifacts in different areas of the lung were compared between the two groups.Results The image quality score of the middle and lower lung areas in the rhythmical breathing group was significantly higher than the arrhythmic breathing group(t=2.588,7.552,P<0.05).The incidence of severe image artifacts in the rhythmical breathing group was significantly lower than the arrhythmic breathing group(χ^(2)=4.960,P<0.05).The CT value and SNR value of lung parenchyma in the rhythmical breathing group were higher than the arrhythmic breathing group(t=2.123,2.123,P<0.05).Conclusion Rhythmic breathing in the free breathing state can reduce the difficulty of breathing coordination in the elderly patients and improve the quality of lung CT images,which is worthy of popularization and application.
