摘要
目的 探讨泡沫硬化剂与激光闭合在大隐静脉曲张高位结扎术中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2021年12月至2022年12月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院血管外科收治的98例大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为对照组、研究组各49例。与对比2组临床治疗效果、术后相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果 相比对照组,研究组手术时间较短、术中出血量较少(P<0.05),术后2组静脉临床严重程度评分表(VCSS)评分及临床有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后研究组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、一氧化氮(NO)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平改善幅度优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大隐静脉曲张高位结扎术中应用泡沫硬化剂与激光闭合疗效确切,且泡沫硬化剂联合高位结扎术疗效更优,同时并发症发生率低、安全性高,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the value of foam sclerosing agent and laser closure in high ligation of great saphenous varicose veins.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with great saphenous varicose veins admitted to the department of vascular surgery from December 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment method,they are divided into the control group and the study group,49 people per group.The clinical treatment efficacy,postoperative related indexes,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a shorter operation time and less intraoperative bleeding(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the postoperative VCSS scores and clinical effectiveness between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative VAS score and hs-CRP,IL-6,NOTT and FIB levels improved better in the study group than in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of foam sclerotherapy with laser closure in high ligation of great saphenous varicose veins is effective,and the combination of foam sclerotherapy with high ligation is more effective,while the complication rate is low and safe,and has clinical promotion value.
