电气化铁路接触线载流量试验方法对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 接触线是电气化铁路的重要组成部分,其载流能力对接触网的温升具有重要影响,选择合理的载流量试验方法是接触线性能检测的关键。本文分析了线索载流量的热平衡计算原理,概述了国内外线索载流量的研究方法,并系统对比了接触线、架空线索以及电线电缆的载流量试验方法特点,发现环境控制、试验张力、稳定温度是载流量试验的关键控制因素,现有的接触线载流量试验方法在这3个方面还存在不足。通过本文的研究,为接触线载流量试验方法的进一步完善提供了技术支撑。 The contact wire is an important part of the electrified railway,and its current-carrying capacity has an important impact on the temperature rise of the contact wire.Selecting a reasonable current-carrying test method is the key to the inspection of contact wire property.The paper analyzes the principle of heat balance calculation of the current carrying capacity of wires and cables,summarizes the research methods of the current carrying capacity of wires and cables at home and abroad,and systematically compares the characteristics of the current carrying capacity test methods of contact wires,overhead wires,wires and cables.It is found that environmental control,test tension and stable temperature are the key control factors of the current carrying capacity test,and the existing current carrying capacity test methods of contact wires adopted mostly at present still have shortcomings in these three aspects.The research in the paper provides technical support for the further improvement of current carrying capacity test methods for contact wires.
