资源型地区当前出现了经济发展滞后、区域内部差距逐渐拉大的新特点,是推进实现全体人民共同富裕的现代化亟须关注的重要区域。实现共同富裕不仅是马克思主义者关于构建共产主义社会的理论阐释,更是中国共产党人从“先富带后富”到“全民共同富裕”的价值追求和实践探索。资源型地区推进实现共同富裕既是经济任务,也是一项涉及社会公平、环境保护和可持续发展的重大挑战,对于促进经济高质量发展、保障人民共享改革成果和丰富中国共产党探索实现共同富裕的实践历程意义重大。因此,需要聚焦目标,立足实际,精准施策。从政治、经济、文化、社会和生态方面全方位着手,推进共享改革发展成果,统筹区域可持续高质量发展。

At present,resource-based regions have the new characteristics of lagging economic development and gradually widening gaps within regions,and they are important areas that urgently need attention to promote modernization of striving for common prosperity for all people.Striving for common prosperity is not only a theoreti⁃cal interpretation of Marxists on building a communist society,but also the value pursuit and practical exploration of the Chinese Communist Party from“first prosperity leads to prosperity later”to“common prosperity for all”.Striving for common prosperity in resource-based areas is not only an economic task,but also a major challenge in⁃volving social equity,environmental protection and sustainable development,which is of great significance to pro⁃moting high-quality economic development,ensuring that the people share the fruits of reform,and enriching the Chinese Communist Party’s practice of exploring and striving for common prosperity.Therefore,it is necessary to target the problem,based on reality and implement precise policies.An all-round approach should be taken in the political,economic,cultural,social and ecological aspects to promote the sharing of the fruits of reform and devel⁃opment,and to coordinate sustainable and high-quality development in the region.
