The paper introduces the significance and advantages of the development and production of polypropylene soft fiber material.After the preliminary basic research,firstly,the special white oil for polypropylene is produced industrially by the isomerization unit as the catalyst carrier,and then the soft fiber material is produced by the combination of the Spherizone process control and the selection of the additive formula.After the successful production of the new product,the physical property analysis and post-processing application of the product are carried out,The results show that the mechanical properties,processing and application of soft fiber materials are better than those of other products in the market.It is suitable for processing sanitary materials that require soft cloth surface in the market and improves the market share of the products.
