天然抗病毒环肽的研究进展

摘要 病毒是一种没有细胞结构的特殊生物,它寄生于宿主细胞中,虽然部分病毒会给人们带来一些益处,但是大部分病毒严重侵害着人们的生命安全。当前的抗病毒治疗药物和治疗方式都存在着各式各样的缺陷,寻找一种安全高效的抗病毒化合物仍是当今社会的主要研究方向。多肽药物亲和力高、靶向性强、治疗所带来的副作用小,相较于普通药物具有更强的竞争力;但是多肽类药物易被体内的酶水解,膜通透性差,从而导致了其体内不稳定性和无效性。环肽相较于一般的直链肽有着更高的膜渗透性和体内稳定性,市场上有着越来越多的经过临床测试的环肽类药物。本文综述了天然抗病毒环肽最新的研究进展,以期为研究新型抗病毒药物提供借鉴与参考。 Virus is a special organism without cell structure.It parasitizes in host cells.Although some viruses will bring some benefits to people,most of them seriously damage people's life safety.There are various defects in the current antiviral drugs and treatment methods,and finding a safe and efficient antiviral compound is still the main research direction in today's society.Peptide drugs have high affinity,strong targeting,and less side effects brought by treatment,and are more competitive than ordinary drugs.However,peptide drugs are easy to be hydrolyzed by enzymes in the body,and the membrane permeability is poor,which leads to instability and ineffectiveness in the body.Compared with ordinary linear peptides,cyclic peptides have higher membrane permeability and stability in vivo,and there are more and more clinically tested cyclic peptides on the market.This paper reviews the latest research progress of antiviral cyclic peptides in order to provide reference for the study of new antiviral drugs.
