稀土掺杂氧化锌光催化降解染料的研究进展

摘要 ZnO具有良好的化学稳定性、较高的光催化活性、无毒无污染等优点,在光催化降解染料方面受到了广泛的关注,然而纯ZnO光生电子和空穴易复合。在ZnO中掺杂稀土元素可拓宽其光吸收范围,减少电子-空穴的复合几率,提高光催化活性。本文从稀土元素单掺杂、稀土元素与稀土元素共掺杂以及稀土元素与非稀土元素共掺杂等方面论述了稀土掺杂ZnO的研究进展。最后对未来稀土元素掺杂ZnO的研究进行了展望。 ZnO has good chemical stability,high photocatalytic activity,non-toxic and pollution-free advantages,and has received extensive attention in the photocatalytic degradation of dyes.However,the photogenerated electrons and holes of pure ZnO are easily compounded.Rare earth elements have rich energy levels and special electron transition characteristics.The introduction of rare earth elements into ZnO can broaden its light absorption range,reduce the electron-hole recombination probability,and improve the photocatalytic activity.This article discusses the research progress of rare earth doped ZnO from the aspects of single doping of rare earth elements,co-doping of two or more rare earth elements,and co-doping of rare earth elements with non-rare earth elements.Finally,this paper looks forward to the future research of rare earth doped ZnO.
