摘要
以乙烯和丙烯为单体,采用本体聚合方法生产高抗冲击共聚物的反应通常在釜式反应器中进行,但生产强度不高,温度控制困难。流化床反应器温度分布均匀,生产强度大,对控温要求高的强放热反应极为有利。本文利用仿真软件对流化床乙丙共聚的开车操作和调至平稳过程进行了模拟研究,深入分析了乙丙共聚反应的影响因素,探索、总结了温度、压力、料位等重要参数的控制和调节经验,可供参考学习和借鉴。
The reaction of producing high-impact copolymer with ethylene and propylene as monomers by bulk polymerization is usually carried out in a tank reactor,but the production intensity is not high and the temperature control is difficult.The fluidized bed reactor has uniform temperature distribution and high production intensity,which is extremely beneficial to the strong exothermic reaction with high temperature control requirements.In this paper,the start-up and adjustment process of ethylenepropylene copolymerization in fluidized bed are simulated by using simulation software,the influencing factors of ethylene-propylene copolymerization are analyzed in depth,and the control and adjustment experience of important parameters such as temperature,pressure and material level are explored and summarized for reference.
