摘要
以某灵活焦化装置工程设计为例,简要介绍了主风机的作用和平面布置;强调了主风机及汽轮机管道设计的关键要求和依据;重点分析了主风机及汽轮机进出口管道特点,根据不同管道设计条件“因材施教”,通过增设金属波纹管膨胀节、优化管道走向、调整支吊架形式与位置等方式增加管道热补偿能力,确保机组管嘴受力满足要求,从管道设计的角度保证机组长周期安全、正常运转。
Taking a flexicoking unit engineering design for example,the role and layout of air blower were introduced briefly.The key requirements and basis of piping design for air blower and steam turbine were emphasized.The character of inlet and outlet piping were mainly analyzed.The piping with different design conditions were studied respectively to increase piping thermal compensation capacity by adding bellows expansion joint,optimizing piping routing and adjusting the form or location of piping support.The nozzle forces must meet the requirements to ensure safe and normal operation for long period.
