新时代国有企业工匠精神培育路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of Craftsman Spirit in State-owned Enterprises in the New Era

工匠精神是工匠群体为了追求极致和完美的产品品质而表现出来的一种长期稳定的价值取向和精神特质。在特定历史时期特定条件下,尽管工匠精神的实质不变,但其内涵会有所差异。比如,我国古代的工匠精神体现的是手工劳动者技、艺、道的统一,主张技近乎道、道技合一;而现代意义上,工匠精神的主体已经扩展到各行各业的从业人员,更多地体现为一种职业精神,大致包含精益求精、爱岗敬业、持续专注、勇于创新、追求卓越、一丝不苟、服务社会等方面。新时代国有企业的工匠精神则呈现出历史传承性、关联性、多主体性、使命性、协同性五个典型特征。面对应对新一轮科技革命、履行现代化强国的建设使命、实现企业高质量发展的时代要求,以及当前工匠精神培育上存在的一些问题,我国国有企业要在培育工匠精神上提出可行性的实践方案,做到以党的建设为引领,加强国有企业党组织对工匠精神培育的统一领导;坚持以教育培训为支撑,发挥校企合作技能人才培养优势;坚持以文化育人为核心,塑造崇尚工匠精神的现代企业文化;坚持以典型宣传为导向,营造崇尚和学习工匠精神的浓厚氛围;坚持以制度建设为保障,健全技能人才培育选拔体系。

Craftsman spirit is a long-term and stable value orientation and spiritual trait of the craftsman group who are in pursuit of ultimate and perfect product quality.Under the specific conditions in a specific historical period,craftsman spirit’s intension will vary,although its essence remains unchanged.For example,the craftsman spirit in ancient China reflected the unity of technology,art and doctrine,and advocated the integration of technology and doctrine.But in modern sense,the main body of craftsman spirit has expanded to employees of all walks of life,and more embodied as a kind of professional spirit,including the pursuit of constantly perfecting one’s skill,dedication,continuous focus,innovation,pursuit of excellence,being strict in one’s demands,social service,and so on.In the new era,craftsman spirit in state-owned enterprises presents five typical characteristics:historical inheritance,relevance,multi-subjectivity,mission and cooperativity.In face of the requirements of the times to cope with the new round of scientific and technological revolution,fulfill the mission of building a modern powerful country,and realize the high-quality development of enterprises,as well as some problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit at present,state-owned enterprises should put forward feasible practical programs in cultivating craftsman spirit.In my opinion,the program includes the followings:adhere to taking Party building as the guide,strengthen the unified leadership of the Party organizations of state-owned enterprises in cultivating craftsman spirit;adhere to the support of education and training,give full play to the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation in training skilled talents;adhere to cultural education as the core,shape a modern corporate culture advocating craftsman spirit;adhere to the guidance of typical publicity,create an atmosphere of advocating and learning craftsman spirit;adhere to the guarantee of system construction,improve the training and selection system of skilled talents.
