真空管超高速磁浮交通系统平面曲线参数运动学分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对真空管超高速磁浮交通系统线路设计实践,考虑真空管道构造特性和选线灵活性,基于舒适度指标,分析平曲线参数控制因素,确定了曲线半径、缓和曲线长度取值,基于刚体运动学模型,利用质心运动定理和动量矩定理,建立车辆动力学基本方程组,对超高速条件下支撑力和导向力进行估算,分析支撑力和导向力与缓和曲线线形及欠超高之间的关系。研究结果表明:横坡与侧向加速度是影响最小曲线半径取值的关键因素,对于1000 km/h设计速度来说,最小曲线半径的取值范围为9880~138900 m;缓和曲线最小长度取值应同时满足侧向冲击、垂向冲击和舒适度指标要求,在设计速度为1000 km/h时,缓和曲线最小长度推荐取1120 m;由公式计算得出的支撑力和导向力随速度变化规律与欠超高变化趋势相同,缓和曲线线形影响支撑力和导向力变化方式,但不影响曲线上支撑力和导向力的最大值。研究成果可为真空管超高速磁浮交通系统线路设计提供参考。 According to the route design practice of vacuum tube ultra-high-speed maglev system,the control factors of flat curve parameters are analyzed and the values of curve radius and transition curve length are determined based on the comfort index in view of the vacuum tube construction characteristics and the flexible route selection.Based on the rigid body kinematic model,the governing equations of vehicle dynamics are formulated by using the theorem of the motion of center-of-mass and the theorem of the angular momentum of center-of-mass.The supporting and guiding forces under ultra-high-speed conditions are estimated and the relationship between the supporting force and guiding force and the contour of transition curve and deficient superelevation is analyzed.The research results show that cross-slope and lateral acceleration are key factors influencing the value of the minimum curve radius.For the design speed of 1000 km/h,the minimum radius of the curve ranges from 9880 m to 138900 m.The minimum length of the transition curve should meet the requirements of lateral impact,vertical impact and comfort index at the same time.The minimum length of transition curve is recommended to be 1120 m at the design speed of 1000 km/h.The variation law of supporting force and guiding force with alignment of the transition curve affects the change of supporting force and guiding force,but does not affect the maximum value of supporting force and guiding force on the curve.
