^(11)C-MET-PET/CT成像对脑胶质瘤1p/19q共缺失状态预测价值的研究

摘要 目的:研究1p/19q共缺失状态与蛋氨酸(methionine,MET)摄取之间的关系,探讨^(11)C-MET-PET/CT对脑胶质瘤1p/19q共缺失状态是否具有预测价值。方法:回顾性选取56例新诊断的神经胶质瘤患者,所有患者术前均行^(11)C-MET-PET/CT检查,术后均进行1p/19q共缺失的荧光毛细管电泳分析及组织病理学分析,并对^(11)C-MET-PET/CT数据进行特征提取和分析。采用IBM SPSS 26.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:与1p/19q共缺失患者相比,非1p/19q缺失患者的肿瘤最大标准摄取值和平均标准摄取值更高。在世界卫生组织Ⅱ级胶质瘤的亚组分析中,1p/19q共缺失患者的肿瘤/正常组织比最大值及平均值均较高,且纹理分析参数Entropy和DiffEntropy也较高。结论:胶质瘤1p/19q共缺失状态与蛋氨酸摄取之间存在相关性,非1p/19q缺失患者蛋氨酸摄取能力可能更强。^(11)C-MET-PET/CT作为一种无创的影像学方法,对各类型胶质瘤1p/19q共缺失状态具备一定的预测能力。 Objective To study the relationship between 1p/19q co-deletion status and methionine uptake to explore whether^(11)C-MET-PET/CT imaging has predictive value for 1p/19q co-deletion status of gliomas.Methods Fifty-six newly diagnosed gliomas patients were selected retrospectively and underwent preoperative^(11)C-MET-PET/CT scan and postoperative fluorescence capillary electrophoresis analysis and histopathological analysis of 1p/19q co-deletion,and feature extraction and analysis were carried out for the^(11)C-MET-PET/CT data.IBM SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The patients with 1p/19q co-deletion had the maximum standardized uptake value(SUVmax) and mean standardized uptake value(SUVmean) higher than those of the patients with no 1p/19q co-deletion,who had high values for maximum and mean tumor/normal tissue ratios(TNR) and texture analysis parameters(Entropy and DiffEntropy).Conclusion The status of 1p/19q codeletion correlates with methionine uptake,and the patients with no 1p/19q co-deletion gain advantage in methionine uptake.Noninvasive^(11)C-MET-PET/CT has predictive value for 1p/19q co-deletion status of types of gliomas.
