Evaluation effect of prescription pre-audit in outpatient and emergency prescription

目的 利用处方前置审核系统规范处方行为,促进临床合理用药.方法 应用处方前置审核系统辅助人工进行门急诊处方审查,系统上线后不断完善系统知识库并优化审查规则,抽取2019-2021年门急诊处方干预数据,对比分析2019年与2020年、2020年与2021年的处方干预效果,考察系统上线前后2018年-2021年药事管理相关指标变化.结果 处方前置审核系统实现了对门急诊处方100%事前审核,严重问题处方占比逐年降低,药师干预率逐年提高,门诊次均药品费用逐年降低,门急诊抗菌药物使用率无明显变化.结论 应用处方前置审核系统提高了门诊处方的合理性,保障了用药安全,药师需不断加强自身专业知识水平,确保准确及高效的审核处方.

Objective Prescription pre-audit system was used to standardize prescription behavior and promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods Application of prescription pre-audit system to assist manual examination of outpatient and emergency prescriptions,constantly improve the system knowledge base and optimize the review rules after the system goes online.Extraction of outpatient and emergency prescription from 2019 to 2021,comparison and analysis interventions effect between 2019 and 2020,2020 and 2021,and the changes of pharmaceutical management indicators from 2018 to 2021 were investigated.Results The prescription pre-audit system realized 100%pre-audit of outpatient and emergency prescriptions,the proportion of prescriptions with serious problems and the average outpatient drug cost decreased year by year,the intervention rate of pharmacists increased year by year,the utilization rate of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency departments did not change significantly.Conclusion Application of prescription pre-audit system can promote drug safety and rationality.Pharmacists need to strengthen professional knowledge to ensure accurate and efficient prescription examination.
