甲状腺癌手术患者围术期信息需求现状及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of perioperative information needs and related influencing factors in patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery

目的 分析甲状腺癌手术患者围术期信息需求现状及其相关影响因素.方法 选取南方医科大学深圳医院2021年4月-2022年4月接受手术治疗的119例甲状腺癌患者,用癌症患者信息选择问卷(IPQCP)调查患者信息需求现状,调查患者一般资料,分析甲状腺癌手术患者围术期信息需求的影响因素.结果 119例甲状腺癌患者IPQCP评分为(43.18±4.54)分,患者信息需求水平中等;经单因素分析显示,不同性别、文化水平、疾病不确定感、健康素养的甲状腺癌手术患者IPQCP评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析检验显示,女性、文化水平初中以上、疾病不确定感强烈、健康素养高水平是甲状腺癌手术患者信息需求的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 甲状腺癌手术患者围术期信息需求水平中等,受性别、文化水平、疾病不确定感、健康素养因素影响.

Objective To analyze the current situation and related influencing factors of perioperative information needs of patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery.Methods 119 patients with thyroid cancer who received surgical treatment in hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected to investigate the current information needs of patients with cancer patient Information Selection Questionnaire(IPQCP),investigate the general information of patients,and analyze the influencing factors of perioperative information needs of patients with thyroid cancer surgery.Results The IPQCP score of 119 patients with thyroid cancer was(43.18±4.54).Univariate analysis showed that the IPQCP scores of thyroid cancer surgery patients with different gender,education level,disease uncertainty and health literacy were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that female,education level above junior high school,strong disease uncertainty,high level of health literacy were the factors influencing the information needs of thyroid cancer surgery patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative information requirements of patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery are moderate,which are affected by gender,education level,disease uncertainty and health literacy.
