摘要
目的 研究营养干预措施对原发性自发性气胸治疗后复发率的影响.方法 收集2018年12月-2022年9月于慈溪市人民医院胸外科治疗的原发性自发性气胸患者,其中手术治疗40例,保守治疗90例,随机分组,实验组采用营养干预,对照组常规随访,观察不同方式干预后气胸复发率.结果 中位随访时间保守治疗组24.4个月,手术治疗组18.2个月,保守治疗组中,实验组气胸复发率为24.4%(11例),对照组复发率为40%(18例);手术治疗组中,实验组气胸复发率为5%(1例),对照组复发率为5%(1例),对营养水平指标数据比较发现,组间采取不同方式干预后均较干预前有所改善,其中实验组营养干预后的营养水平优于对照组.结论 营养干预能有效提升身体质量指数(BMI),降低保守治疗患者的气胸复发率,而对手术患者的效果不明显.
Objective To study the effect of nutritional interventions on the recurrence rate of primary spontaneous pneumothorax after treatment.Methods Patients with primary spontaneous pneumothorax treated in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Cixi People's Hospital from December 2018 to September 2022 were collected,including 40 cases of surgical treatment and 90 cases of conservative treatment,and the experimental group was randomized into nutritional intervention and routine follow-up of the control group to observe the recurrence rate of pneumothorax after treatment.Results The median follow-up time was 24.4 months in the conservative treatment group and 18.2 months in the surgical treatment group,and the recurrence rate of pneumothorax in the experimental group was 24.4%(11 cases)in the conservative treatment group and 40%in the control group(18 cases).In the surgical treatment group,the recurrence rate of pneumothorax in the experimental group was 5%(1 case)and that in the control group was 5%(1 case).After the comparison of nutrition level index data,the treatment intervention between groups improved compared with before treatment,among which the experimental group had a good nutrition level compared with the control group after nutrition intervention.Conclusion Nutritional intervention can effectively improve body mass index(BMI)and reduce the recurrence rate of pneumothorax in conservatively treated patients,but the effect is not obvious for surgical patients.
