摘要
目的 探究激活光脉冲联合雾化治疗对睑板腺功能障碍性相关干眼的临床效果.方法 选取2020年1月-2022年1月在南京市浦口人民医院接受治疗的睑板腺功能障碍性相关干眼患者86例(172眼),根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43,采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗)、观察组(n=43,采用激活光脉冲联合雾化治疗).对比两组治疗优良率,治疗前后眼部主观症状评分、睑板腺开口及分泌物综合评分、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分以及泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间、泪河高度.结果 观察组治疗优良率较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组眼部主观症状评分、睑板腺开口及分泌物综合评分、FL评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SIt、泪膜破裂时间、泪河高度较对照组高(P<0.05).结论 激活光脉冲联合雾化治疗对睑板腺功能障碍性相关干眼的疗效显著,可缓解眼部主观症状,促进泪膜恢复,减轻干眼症状.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of intense regulation pulse light(IRPL)combined with atomization on meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)related dry eye syndrome.Methods Eighty-six patients(172 eyes)with MGD related dry eye syndrome who treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drop,and the observation group was treated with IRPL combined with atomization.The excellent and good rates of treatment were compared between the two groups,as well as the subjective ocular symptom score,meibomian gland opening and secretion comprehensive score,corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score,lacrimal secretion test(SIt)score,tear film break up time and tear meniscus height before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the subjective ocular symptom score,meibomian gland opening and secretion comprehensive score and FL score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SIt score,tear film break up time and tear meniscus height in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions IRPL combined with atomization has significant effect in the treatment of MGD related dry eye syndrome,it can relieve subjective ocular symptoms,promote tear film recovery,and reduce dry eye symptoms.
